How feature requests work
Your ideas help shape Instance's future. We regularly review feature requests from our community and prioritize features based on user demand, technical feasibility, and alignment with our product vision. When you submit a feature request, our team evaluates it alongside other requests to determine what to build next.
The best feature requests are specific, explain the problem you're trying to solve, and describe how the feature would help you. For example, instead of saying "add integrations," explain which integration you need, why you need it, and how you'd use it. This context helps us understand your use case and build features that solve real problems.
We can't implement every request, but we read every submission and use your feedback to guide our roadmap. Popular requests often get prioritized, and we notify users when their requested features launch. If you have multiple ideas, feel free to submit them separately so we can track each one individually.
