  • Technical & usage data – technical details such as IP address (used for security and rate limiting), browser type, and general information about how you use key features inside the dashboard.
  • Support & communication – messages you send to us via email, chat, or feedback forms.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above only to run Instance and keep your workspace secure and useful:

  • Provide and operate the product – to render your dashboard, store conversations and leads, and keep your automations running reliably.
  • Authentication & security – to log you in, verify access to your company's data, apply rate limiting, and protect accounts against abuse.
  • Sync Instagram data into your CRM views – to bring in conversations, profiles, and engagement that you have permission to access via Instagram / Meta.
  • AI assistance – to power qualification scoring, suggested replies and follow‑ups, and funnel tracking based on the conversations you run through Instance.
  • Performance & reliability – to monitor API health, detect rate limits or unusual error patterns, and keep your connected Instagram accounts in a healthy state.
  • Service communications – to contact you about important changes to the product, billing, security alerts, or other account‑related notices.
