  • Do I need a Business or Creator Instagram account?

    Yes. Instance works with Instagram Business or Creator accounts. If your account is personal, switch to Creator or Business in Instagram settings first.

  • Is there a free trial?

    Yes. You can try Instance free to connect Instagram, run automations, and see your leads in the CRM. No credit card required.

Automation

  • What can I automate on Instagram?

    You can trigger automations from DMs, comments, story mentions, and new followers. Send links, collect emails, qualify leads, and move people into Sales Chat or your CRM.

  • Will automation get my Instagram account in trouble?

    No. Instance uses Instagram's official APIs and follows Meta's guidelines. We add account health monitoring and rate limit handling.

  • Can I collect emails from automations?

    Yes. Use the wait for reply action with capture email enabled. When they reply, Instance extracts their email and stores it in your CRM and email list.

  • How does the AI Sales Agent work?

    The AI replies to qualified leads 24/7 in your tone. It answers questions, sends demos, testimonials, meeting links, and payment links. You can step in anytime from Sales Chat.

  • Will the AI sound like a robot?

    No. We collect your company info, ideal customer, and sales scripts. The AI learns your tone and replies in your style.

  • Can I take over a conversation from the AI?

    Yes. From Sales Chat you can reply yourself anytime. Turn the AI off for a conversation and handle it fully manually if you prefer.

CRM & Leads

  • How does lead qualification work?

    Instance scores leads by fit and interest. Hot prospects land in your CRM. You see qualification scores, tags, and funnel stage.

  • Can I export my leads?

    Yes. Export to CSV or XML from the CRM. Use filters to export only qualified leads or by source (DM, comment, follower).

  • Where do captured emails go?

    Captured emails sync to your email list and CRM. Export when you need to for campaigns, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or other tools.
